Website and technical data

We use website hosting, content delivery network and website security service providers to operate this website. Requests involve technical data such as IP address, requested page, time, browser and connection details to deliver content and protect the site against misuse. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. Technical data is retained only as required for operation, security and legal obligations.

Recipients of technical data are website hosting, content delivery network and security service providers and their technical subcontractors. This includes Cloudflare, which provides delivery and security infrastructure. Processing outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States, is possible. Infrastructure information is available in the Cloudflare privacy notice. Details of the providers, applicable transfer mechanisms and copies of relevant safeguards can be requested using our contact details above.

Online enquiries

When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, delivery location, requested model, message and language to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); general correspondence is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your enquiry is stored on the server and sent to our company mailbox. You receive an automatic receipt confirmation in the language of the website. It does not accept an order. You may also contact us directly.

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) as a processor to send emails. Email addresses, message content and delivery information are processed and stored in the United States. The Resend data processing agreement and transfer safeguards apply; see the Resend privacy policy. Open and click tracking are disabled.

For abuse prevention, we use short-lived signed form tokens and hashed IP and email values to enforce sending limits (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server copies older than 90 days are removed during the next form submission. Resolved enquiries in our company mailbox are deleted unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require further storage.

Cookies and content

Our website code uses no analytics or advertising cookies, persistent browser storage, tracking pixels, external fonts or embedded maps. Essential hosting and security features may use cookies. Images and styling are served from the website files. External sites are contacted when you follow their links.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact us at the email above. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly the Lower Saxony data protection authority.
